I had a good workout today, did shoulders with Dan and then I wanted him to try this protein powder-oat concoction we had in class last weekend. The thing is we used a different brand in class so i mixed it all up with Dymatize, which is what I have and OMG. It was soo feral!
We both took a bite and looked at eachother like WTF?! He didn’t finish his. I told him to stop being a girl lol. I ate it, I ain’t wasting my glutamine dammit! He put honey in his, still didn’t like it, so he added milk, still didn’t like it, finally he dumped sugar in LOL, still didn’t like it, he was gagging and turning colors trying to get it down haha. Pshh what a baby

I also found this pic of my son when he was in the military, its one of my favorites.:) Since I have lost all this weight we discovered we have the same jaw lol, I thought he got it from his dad… who knew?
